About
My name is Peter Leinonen, and I am a software developer based in the vibrant city of Gothenburg, Sweden. My programming journey began back in the 90s with QBasic and Pascal - during an era when I had to rely on BBS (Bulletin Board System) networks to obtain programming languages and tutorials, long before the internet became widely accessible. I've been programming professionally since 2008, and over the years, I've honed my skills and crafted innovative solutions, with Go now being my language of choice, appreciated for its simplicity and efficiency.
Beyond the lines of code, I am deeply passionate about minimalism and mindfulness, principles that guide both my personal and professional life. I believe that simplicity in design and thought can lead to more profound creativity and productivity.
In my downtime, you'll often find me engrossed in a good book on my Kindle. Reading is a gateway to new worlds and ideas, and I cherish the moments spent exploring both fiction and non-fiction works. This love for literature complements my passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
Thank you for visiting my page, and I hope to share more insights and discoveries with you through my blog.
